Off season general preventative maintenance services

These services are scheduled before and after the production season to ensure equipment remains in optimal condition and is fully prepared for the next season.

6 Month Scheduled Service

1-2 days

Pre and after production Check-up, general full system maintenance and recalibration, include:

Software Update & Diagnositics

1-3 hrs

Update the machine’s software, perform diagnostics on system integrity and performance.

Drive Motor and Conveyor Belt Inspection

1-2 hrs

 Inspect and service conveyor motors and belts for wear and smooth operation. 

Mechanical Alignment & X-Ray Calibration

2-3 hrs

 Check and align the X-ray and sorting components for correct calibration and positioning.  Ensure X-ray output is consistent and within safety standards. Recalibrate detectors and scanning mechanisms. 

Camera Calibration for Colour Sorting

1-2 hrs

 Calibrate and optimize cameras to ensure accurate sorting based on color detection. 

Air Gun & Ejector System Check

1-2 hrs

  Inspect and test all air nozzles/valves, solenoids, and eject timing for correct function. Clean and recalibrate if necessary. 

IPC and Control Board Maintenance

1-2 hrs

  Open enclosure and deep clean components,  test for stability under load,  I/O Port and Communication Check 

Cooling System Check

1-2 hrs

 Inspect and maintain the cooling system for X-ray tubes and electronics. 


on season Emergency troubleshoot services

These services are designed for fast response, minimized downtime, and on-site resolutions during peak agricultural processing periods.

Non-scheduled Interim Service

1 day

Additional Service if needed, general full system maintenance and recalibration.

Emergency Breakedown Repair

per day

 Rapid on-site fault finding for any automation equipment. Includes IPCs, sensors, sorters, etc. 

Remote Breakdown Diagnosis

per session

Rapid remote access fault finding, Includes software, IPCs, sensors, sorters, etc. 

Additional Service & Spare Part Support

Temporary Replacement IPC,  Air Valve / Solenoid Replacement,  Remote System Monitoring,  Priority Spare Parts Delivery, Emegency loan unit, etc.

Rapid Response & SLAs

 

  • On-site response time: Within 24 hours (zone dependent)
  • Remote support response time: < 2 hours during office hours
  • Extended hours support (during harvest): Available 6am–10pm, 7 days/week
  • After-hours/emergency surcharge: +25% standard rate

 During peak production periods, you can pre-book our qualified engineers to be present on-site,  provide immediate support, rapid troubleshooting, and continuous performance monitoring — ensuring  maximum uptime and optimal throughput when it matters most.  


On-Site Staff Training

We also offer new staff onboarding and refresher training programs to ensure your team is fully equipped to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment with confidence and efficiency. 


Regular Remote Tuning

 Scheduled remote access system checks, calibration adjustments, and performance optimization. 

 Response Time: Within 24–48 hours 

Urgent Remote Tuning

 Immediate remote diagnostics and tuning to resolve performance issues. 

 Response Time: < 2 hours during office hours
